1、骨架桁條外表需平整，不能有毛刺、焊疤等;假如發現這些問題一定要打磨平整以后再裝置，否則會劃傷外表UV涂層，招致老化的加快。

2、骨架上的油漆、涂料必需枯燥，不得殘留揮發性溶劑;由于耐酸堿性較弱，需在揮發終了后再裝置。

3、把EPDM膠條鋪設并粘貼于骨架上;這樣可加固與骨架的貼切度，增加承重才能。

4、檢測骨架上椽子間的中心間隔及檁條間的中心間隔，須契合設計請求;如跨距過大，會影響遮陽蓬的平安性。

5、用專用封口膠帶封鎖板材端孔后鋪設板材;板材之間用H條銜接，再接口處打上專用封口膠，能夠有遮陽蓬裝置的留意事項效的避免遮陽蓬漏水。
